I think Tim felt good about his offer. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim if my workers treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I would have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to correct the issue. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim just visite site called back and said he felt bad about how I had index been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It is actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on client support and being good citizens.
